How long should I take this for?
Preparing your body for pregnancy is a journey that takes time. Ideally, we recommend taking our supplement for at least three months before you start trying to conceive. This allows your body to build up essential nutrient stores like Folic Acid and Vitamin D, to create the optimal environment. Since it can take up to six months to fully prime your system, the best time to start your daily routine is as soon as you begin thinking about a family.

Can I take these whilst pregnant?
Once you have achieved a positive pregnancy test, you can stop taking this supplement. Our product is formulated for fertility and conception support; for the next stage of your journey, we recommend switching to a specialised prenatal supplement.

Does this contain the minimum required amount of 400ug of Folic Acid?
Yes, our formula provides 600µg of Folic Acid, which exceeds the standard 400µg recommendation. This higher concentration is specifically designed to offer superior prenatal support compared to many other fertility supplements on the market.

Do I need to take extra Vitamin D with this product?
There is no need for additional Vitamin D supplementation. Our formula includes a high-strength dose (2000% of the recommended daily intake) to ensure optimal levels, as Vitamin D is a critical nutrient that many individuals are naturally deficient in

Is this suitable to take during assisted fertility (such as IUI, IVF or embryo transfer)?
