Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At In Vitro Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As we provide health-based food supplements, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers. Please note that due to the nature of our products as consumables, all sales are final once the shipment has been dispatched.

Order Cancellations & Returns

Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, it is classified as a consumable item and is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to health and hygiene safety standards.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement for faulty goods.

  • Process: Please contact us at orders@invitrohealth.co.uk or call 020 3989 4444 within 30 days of delivery.

  • Documentation: Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

  • Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse your standard shipping costs for any confirmed faulty or defective items.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable to orders that were cancelled prior to dispatch or for items confirmed as damaged/faulty upon arrival.

  • Processing: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at orders@invitrohealth.co.uk or call 020 3989 4444 within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Your reason for return (optional, but helpful)

Once approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to our return address:
